Comments
from Alumni
The AGTS educational format creates a learning environment that meets
my needs for continuing education. The instructors teach cutting-edge principles from
a Pentecostal perspective and encourage application to my current ministry setting.
Randy Bartelt, Pastor, Highlands Community Church, Lincoln, Neb.
The masters program broadened my abilities, world-view, and
gave me a greater appreciation for the Word. Projects became immediately applicable to
my ministry. Relationships with faculty and students were an added benefit. If you want
a Pentecostal flavor to your education, then AGTS is the place to go!
Lewis Shelton, Pastor, First Assembly of God, Albany, Ore.
The Continuing Education version of the M.A.C.M.
can be completed by any student, regardless of the field of their
undergraduate degree. Students with a religion major may be allowed
to reduce the degree requirements from 60 credits to 48. At the
end of their program, students are required to present an integrative
project that ties together their whole educational experience
and projects the meaning of their studies for their future ministry.
The general requirements for graduation (see AGTS
Catalog) apply as well.
This degree curriculum differs from that of the
resident M.A.C.M. in that is does not included the new elements
of the River, Bridge, Road and Vehicle and will not do so for
several more years. The requirements for this degree as stated
in this catalog will remain for the duration of the students
program.
