1. Call 1-800-467-AGTS, 417-268-1000, email apply@agts.edu or fill out the online Information Request Form) and ask them to send you an applications packet (or you can download the form & print it, PDF, 970k.)
2. Along with the application forms, you will need to submit the following:
   • Photograph
   • Non-refundable $35 fee
   • Brief Autobiography
   • Official transcripts sent directly to AGTS by all post-secondary schools attended (you can download transcript request forms, PDF, very small)
   • Ministerial and Personal Recommendation Forms
   • Applicants who do not speak English as their first language must submit TOEFL exam scores (min. score of 550 or equivalent) before their applications can be approved. To take the test write to
