March Deferred Payment
- The third deferred payment for the spring term is
due by March 15.
- Past due accounts will be assessed a $25 late
payment fee.
Building Hours for Easter Weekend
- Administrative offices will be closed on Good
Friday, March 25.
- The library will be open from 10 a.m. to 6
p.m.
- Please note the building hours during the holiday
weekend:
- Friday, March 25–10
a.m.-6 p.m.
- Saturday, March 26–10
a.m.-6 p.m.
- Sunday, March 27–Closed
- Regular building hours will resume
on Monday, March 28.

soon as possible.

Spring Grades
- The spring semester ends on Friday, April 22
- Grades will be
available in student mailboxes on May 6.
To Apply for Summer Financial Aid
- If you received financial aid this semester, just
complete a summer student loan data sheet.
- If not, the
following documents are available in the Financial Aid Office
or online at www.agts.edu and must be received by the deadline.
- FAFSA (2004-2005) must be
completed/processed by Central Processor
- Financial Aid Application
and Certification Statement Sheet
- Federal Stafford Loan Master
Promissory Note (only one MPN while attending AGTS is required)
- Work Study application, if interested
- Final Deadline—March

Apply Now for Fall Financial Aid
- The 2005-2006 FAFSA is available at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
- Click
on “Fill out a FAFSA or “Fill out
a Renewal FAFSA (for students who borrowed in 2004-2005).
- After
completing the FAFSA, submit your request with your PIN number.
- Submit
completed AGTS Financial Aid Forms (pick up in Financial
Aid Office).
- Deadlines for Fall Financial Aid
- Priority Deadline—March
31
- Secondary Deadline—April 30
- Final Deadline —July
15
- Please note that in order to provide the best service
for students who complete the process on time, there will be
NO EXCEPTIONS to the above deadlines

Library Update
- AGTS students, faculty, and staff can now request
books online from any libraries
that are members of the SWAN Cluster in the
MOBIUS Consortium (this includes SMSU, Drury, BBC, and Forest).
- Books
requested online from SWAN libraries will be shipped to the
AGTS library and may be picked up from and returned to the
AGTS Library Circulation Desk.
- For more information on SWAN
and a list of SWAN libraries, please visit the Library Handbook
on the AGTS Library Website at http://www.agts.edu/lib/library_information/handbook.html and select “Introduction
to MOBIUS and SWAN” from the contents.
- For instructions
concerning how to place requests online, select “Requesting Books through SWAN” from
the handbook contents.
SAC International Gathering
- Special gathering for international students will
be held on April 2.
- Event details will be distributed to international
students.
SAC Election
- Elections will occur in March.
- Voting information will
be posted outside the Chapel.

Faculty News
- Samaritan’s Purse received approval from USAID
for their $11,000,000 AIDS youth education program for four
nations of Southern Africa. Kerus Global Publishing was
appointed to create the training programs. In January, Dr. Mostert
met with the writing team in Virginia Beach, Virginia to serve
as a consultant for this project.
