Good Morning Springfield!
- On April 5, AGTS will be hosting Good Morning Springfield! a monthly breakfast with the Springfield Chamber of Commerce and the business leaders of our community.
- This is a great opportunity for AGTS to showcase its degree programs and ministries and to make connections with the business and civic communities of Springfield.
Good Friday Holiday

- No classes for students and AGTS offices will be closed in order for employees and students to celebrate the Easter Holiday.

Financial Aid Deadline
- The secondary deadline for fall/spring federal financial aid is May 1. The benefits of observing this deadline include:
- Electronic FAFSA allows prompt consideration for loan
- Potential for receiving a Perkins loan increases (based on funds on hand)
- First Stafford loan check available first week of classes
- To qualify, the FAFSA must be electronically submitted and processed by May 1 by the Central Processor.
- Other required forms must be submitted to AGTS on or before the final deadline.
- Financial aid documents can be downloaded at www.agts.edu/financial_aid
- Final deadline for financial aid is July 6.
- Contact the Financial Aid Office for more details—268-1028 or fbyerly@agts.edu.
Financial Aid Exit Interviews
- The U.S. Department of Education requires all graduates or non-returning students who received a Stafford Loan while at AGTS to attend a Financial Aid Exit Interview.
- Select one of the following dates to attend:

2006-2007 Tuition and Fees
- Tuition covers about 69% of the cost of education at AGTS.
- The rest is funded by a grant from the General Council of the Assemblies of God and the contributions of churches, districts and individuals.
- The tuition rate effective fall 2007 is $465 per credit hour and includes the technology, student services, ID card and graduation fees.
Financial Registration for Summer & Fall
- If you have not yet completed financial registration for the fall or summer terms, please stop by the Business Office as soon as possible and sign your promissory note.
- Registration for these terms is not complete until financial arrangements have been made with the Business Office.
Easter Weekend Building Hours
- Please note the building hours during the holiday weekend:
- Friday, April 6—10 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Saturday, April 7—10 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Sunday, April 8—Closed
- Administrative offices will be closed on Friday, but the library will be open until 6 p.m.
- Regular building hours will resume on Monday, April 9.

- Dr. Stephen Lim—spoke at the District Christian Education Directors Conference in Branson, Missouri on February 2 on the topic, “Making Disciples in a postmodern Age.”
- Dr. Warren Newberry—responded to three papers presented at the annual Society for Pentecostal Studies meeting, March 8-10, Cleveland, Tennessee.
- Dr. Joseph Castleberry attended the following meetings in March:
- March 2-3—ATS Curriculum Revision Consultation, Pittsburg, Pennsylvania
- March 8-10—Society for Pentecostal Studies, Cleveland, Tennessee
- March 22-24—ATS Chief Academic Officers’ Society meeting, Vancouver, BC, Canada

- Dr. DeLonn Rance—participated in a Latin America Educators Dialog for Bible School leaders from throughout the Panama City region.
