To read PDF files you need the free:

If you have Acrobat Reader and are using I.E. 6.0 or the PDF file won't open when you click the link, you may need to:

1. Right click on the link.
2. Select "Save Target As" and save the file to your desktop (or wherever).
3. Double click on the file to open it in Acrobat Reader.
