"Sweeping changes in the racial and ethnic composition of our constituencies post unique challenges to church leaders today. I recognize that cross-cultural ministry training is no longer limited to the missions department and am devoted to challenging all students to view their ministries in light of changing demographics." — Mario Guerreiro
