Manage Your Library Patron Record

Review your Patron Record

This feature enables you to review the names and due dates of items that you have currently checked out. You may also place requests for currently unavailable items and renew checked out items.

In order to access your Patron Record, you will need to enter in your Unique ID and your PIN.




What are my Unique ID and PIN numbers?

  • ID. In order to access your Patron Record, you will need to enter in your unique library ID. This ID is your Evangel student number (the number that appears in your student card barcode), followed by the letters "EU" (all caps). Note: The library staff will not be creating new IDs for AGTS students who had IDs created prior to the consolidation. If you would prefer to have your ID updated or have forgotten your "AGTS" ID, please contact the library's Circulation Desk.

  • Personal PIN. If you have not already created a PIN, you can do so by entering in a sequence of letters/numbers and clicking on "Submit." You will be responsible for creating and remembering your own PIN. If you forget your PIN, you may contact the library's Circulation Desk and they can delete your old PIN, enabling you to create a new one.
