News: Off-Road Disciplines: Spiritual Adventures of Missional
Leaders
Seminar with Earl Creps
|
“Missional
leadership derives not from methods or strategies but from
the work of the Holy Spirit to rearrange one’s interior
life. This work is accomplished by practicing what I call
off-road spiritual disciplines. These encounters with God
happen outside the traditional disciplines, but are often
the most transformational if we can put up with the bumps
and bruises that come any time you go off road.”
Earl Creps will explore 12 central spiritual
disciplines—six personal and six organizational—that
can reshape Christian leaders and their ministries to engage
the culture around them. He will provide a map of the cultural
terrain leaders must navigate, with insights on how the
process of personal spiritual formation can transform organizations.
