AGTS News—Dr. Doug Lowenberg to be 20112012 Hogan Professor

How to become HIV+
Dr. Doug Lowenberg will be the 2011–2012 J. Philip Hogan Professor of World Missions at AGTS. Doug and his wife, Corrine, are 16-year missionaries to Africa currently serving in Kenya. He has short-term missions experience in more than 50 countries in South America, Africa, Europe and Asia.

Doug is the dean of the East Africa Graduate Studies Centre; chairman of the Biblical Studies Department at the East Africa School of Theology; and a nonresident lecturer at the Pan-Africa Theological Seminary.

Prior to Africa, Doug pioneered a church and served for 16 years as an administrator and faculty member at North Central University, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
