About the Program
The Pastoral Care Cohort at AGTS is designed to equip Christian leaders with a host of helping skills and strategies to enhance ministry effectiveness.
The program integrates biblical and caregiving principles with professional competencies from the behavioral sciences, to increase the level of expertise so that the Christian leader becomes a unique instrument of healing and restoration.
Participants can expect to be trained by leading experts in a comprehensive body of topics and issues to ensure the execution of advanced levels of life transforming ministry.
The Doctor of Ministry is a 30-credit program (9 classes) built around reflection on the practice of ministry while you serve in your local context. More than a degree, the AGTS D.Min.is a journey of personal transformation in which you will be joined by a diverse cohort of your peers.
The MACM is a 48-credit program (12 classes).
